Buku Diari Abah

#DiariAbah

Rupanya, kad manila tu nak guna minggu depan. Anak cakap nak esok sebab kengkawan semua nak beli malam tu terus.

Guru yang dipersalahkan. Rupa-rupanya berlaku miss communication.

Akhir sekali, Apa pun pekerjaan kita, belajar lah sepanjang masa. Selagi hayat dikandung badan.

Wallahua’lam

Post MCO School Routine

Friday, October 16, 2020

Assalamualaikum.

Im gonna share how is schooling like post MCO, since July.

Teachers are given a weekly schedule/extra duty that they have to follow. I am on duty every Tuesdays.

My days on Tuesdays start like this..

7.15 am - 8.15 am :

Be at school earlier, to take the kids' temperature and patrolling the classes. Repeating the same instructions over and over and over again to the kids haha like put on your mask, dont run around (almost impossible :D), dont go play at the toilet et cetera

There're five of us and we usually rotate, first taking the temperature, others are patrolling.. and we take turns.

Kids will queue to check theirs at the stand machine and I have to write down their reading. They have to pass the small paper to teachers on first period.

So, it will usually end at 8.15 the most, because we have to wait for the late comers.

Then, Quran teachers on the first period has to key in the temperature in the system. Parents will receive notifications if they installed the app.

me standing beside the temp. tool.
excuse the tudung.
tak menjadi pulak.
maklum la pagi-pagi nak cepat :p

3.50 - 5.15 p.m :

Then, before school ends teachers have to do the duty again, calling pupils' names, patrolling and the least favourite .. fogging.

The fogging must be done to all classes using the machine.

This extra duty once became an issue coz there were teachers who were not doing theirs *sigh*

Im not gonna say much but responsibility is responsibility no matter how boring that work is. Huhu. That is saying to me as well :)

But, honestly speaking when Tuesdays come.. it feels like.. alamak esok dah selasa ke hahaha

calling the kids' names

fogging. wait few minutes for it to activate

If there's a thing I love post MCO is we get to go back much earlier, at 4 p.m if we're not on duty.

That's a huge relief knowing that when the bell rings, yeah.. you can go straight home. No mengaji or biyadi class. Although this also means no extra gaji coming in.. emm takpe la haha.

Plus, the kids no longer have the pleasure eating together at the canteen. All meals are single packed and they have to eat in their own classes. Extra works for the canteen workers but no option. During the first month post mco, teachers' meals were also packed but when the covid cases decreased a little an considering the high cost, teachers can eat in buffet as usual.

I think that's all for now. Assalamualaikum :)

Doa Mendapat Jodoh yang Baik

Friday, October 16, 2020

Assalamualaikum everyone.

I dont like to repeat this but still I wanna say sorry for being absent so long. It's 16th of October today and it has been few months since I last pen anything here.

My laptop is kinda having faulty cable and i am always a bit lazy to turn it on if I dont have any clerical works to do. Yeah.

But.. currently we're facing the second PKPB and i promised myself to write more regularly here. #thirddaystayinghome

I found out that my post on Doa Minum Air received many hits every month so im planning to post that kind of thing - simple but meaningful prayer for us to practise and take home.

So, for today - it's this one. A prayer for pious spouses, for the singles.

amiin

The du'a in Arabic sounds like this

" Allahumma sakkhirli zaujan solihan, yakhtibuni wa yatazzawajubi wayakunu sohiban li fiddunya walakhirah "

I always made it a point to understand the arabic meaning coz it will make it easier for me to comprehend and feel the du'a hence the picture.

Reflection on this du'a, it is such a noble, humble prayer asking The Almighty to choose the best for us because He only knows the best. The du'a complements both the dunya and akhirat.

For me, other than the many criteria, if he is someone who puts reading in his bucket list, book shopping, coffee dates... ah, im a lucky one. Yeah, in case you gonna say. Wish for someone who can be the imam, throw the trash, polite, smart, hardworking, wake up at night making susu, change nappies and all - that's why i say clearly before, other than the many criteria haha. Okay? :) #realistic

One more thing is, be nice to people. If you meet someone in thirties and still not married, pray for him or her. Speak nice things because whatever it is, trust in Allah's perfect timing. This is not being cliche at all, but believe in what Allah has in store for each of us. InshaAllah you'll see things in broader perspective and spread the love haha. The best is yet to come :)

Bye for now. Currently, im having The Scorch Trials.

Wassalam.
