Bahagia dengan Memberi

Thursday, December 22, 2016

Assalamualaikum semua :)

Hari ni hari Jumaat. Jumuah mubarakah.
Kalau dok rumah, anis paling suka hari jumaat. Biasa kalau hari jumaat, mak masak special sikit.

Okay, meh kita pikir jap. Kenapa orang yang memberi pulak rasa bahagia? mestilah orang yang menerima tu lagi bahagia. betul tak?

Contoh: anis bagi kat awak hadiah(hadiah anis biasa simple je; buku. hehe. sebab a book is a gift that you can open again & again :p)
Awak rasa gembira tak dapat hadiah tu? mestilah kan :D

Tapi, macam mana anis pun nak rasa gembira dan bahagia? dah la kena keluarkan duit beli buku, kena balut lagi kalau rajin, hihi??

Macam mana tu?

Nah,anis bagi situasi;

Wallahua'lam

Action Plan for Ramadhan

Bismillah. Assalamualaikum.

Marhaban Ya Ramadhan. Some sharing from Ust Nouman Ali Khan video. The link is provided below :)

SAHIH INTERNATIONAL:
The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful. (2:185)

-Allah put special ease for us for fasting in Ramadhan, which we may not find in other months
-Allah wants ease for you and does not want difficulties for you
-If someone says, it is not difficult (it also has covered the part that it is easy), but Allah SWT with His mercy convey repetitive talks, to convice you
- If you fast in Ramadhan, it will be easy for you, unlike fasting in other months
-Allah does not only want us to fast in Ramadhan, but also strive for perfection in the month
-We dont have perfect solah, perfect wudhu', perfect fast; but these 30 days will help us to strive for perfection

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Get rid of video games, movies, tv
-Parents should encourage the kids to lessen the video games during Ramadhan
-Delete the apps
-It may be like oxygen for some, but this is a way for perfecting our Ramadhan
-Have to stop the things that distract us
-Dont make excuses to watch the news, you're not gonna change anything, just relax (especially the 8pm national news)

2. Goal to memorize certain amount of Quranic verses this month
-Whether you have never memorized the qur'an, you will just have to this month
-make a point to memorize
-Start by recitng one ayah, read it 10 times, recite the next ayah 10 times, then read ayah together 10 times
-download good recitation, listen, read it properly, look at the ayah and read 10 times,
-dedicate a specific time to memorize
-set up an encouraging reward

3. Learn and memorize duas
-It will be really beneficial for us
-It will help you in the rest of your life
-Memorise the dua

4. For brothers dont stress your wife to cook lavish food all the time during Ramadhan
-it is not the month for a mountain of foods
-eat light, eat normal
-how you will come to tarawih if you are to full during iftar
-make the most of the month
-we have to do better this ramadhan than the last one
-you're not in competition with anyone, but yourself

5. The things that you asked your kids to do, you do it too, together - for sisters - - Reciting, memorizing, listening to tafseer, listen to the explanation of the qur'an
-Obviously you guide with examples
-Take the full advantage of this month

5. Try to focus your very best to understand the quran - for huffaz
-study 2,3 juz in tafseer
-in years to come, you might be able to complete the study of tafseer just for allocating  time in Ramadhan

6. Get rid of the apps - for brothers
-get rid of the entertainment inputs
-come to masjid for fajr, make it a goal this year, to offer fajar n isya' in jamaah everyday
-Why? Because Prophet SAW said;it is like praying foran entire night,if both solat is offered in jamaah
-Make this Ramadhan counts
-It is a special month for all of us
-Make it a special occasion for us and the family

Allahumma ballighna Ramadhan.
Wallahua'lam.

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

"Maka, nikmat Tuhan yang manakah yang kamu dustakan?"

Why is he special?
What makes him an inspiration to others?
What cause his life story shared by many?

Because he taught us that we take things for granted too much.
Because we forgot to thank Allah in our daily life.
Because we thought we've got the biggest problem in the world.
Because we lived too comfortably.

Once in a while,
We should open our eyes to the world.
See the happenings here and there.
And see where we stand.

Dont forget to shoot the arrows at night.
Pray tahajjud.
Allah knows whilst you know not.

See the video here : The Story of Robert Davilla by Ust Nouman Ali Khan.

May Allah made us firm believers.
May Allah show us the way.
May Allah grant us istiqamah.
Ameen.

Sadaqah

Saturday, November 08, 2014

This is a true story based in Saudi Arabia.

There's an old woman suffered with cancer.

She had a maid from Indonesia.

This old woman always see her maid took a long time in the toilet and when she came out from the toilet, her eyes became red as if she was crying. It happened many times.

Then, this old woman asked her maid if something is wrong.

The maid said, " I came here and left my two months old baby in my hometown ( Indonesia). The baby was breastfeeding until I came here and since then I have to pump out the milk and just see the milk being wasted. Every time I see the wasted milk, it will remind me to my dearest baby and I'll cry "

Not long after, the old woman gave her two year salary. Again, two year salary plus a flight ticket to Indonesia to her maid. She said, " Go home and breastfeed your child and return here when your baby is two ".

Subhanallah. This may seem just simple but if you read it with your heart, somehow you'll feel the beauty of it. The story doesn't end there.

The day after, the old woman went to the doctor for treatment and the doc was surprised not to see any single cancer cells in her body. The old woman was surprised too. Don't you? :)

When the doc asked her what did she do or what did she ate, she simply said nothing. The doc believed something must has happened and urged the woman to remember hard what was going on few days back. Then, she simply related the story of the maid.

The doctor said,  Prophet SAW is right. Masha Allah.

" Treat your sickness by giving sadaqah "

May Allah made us among those who will be consistent in giving sadaqah and doing charity.
May Allah  made us among the people of Jannah.
Amin.

The Power of Istighfar

Thursday, November 07, 2013
Assalamualaikum :)

It has been months since I last posted here.
In the absence, many things had occured and Alhamdulillah, now we are in the new year of Hijri, 1435 H :)

Actually, it had been many times I wrote but in the end, it just end up as drafts :)

So, In sha Allah today it won't end up as before :)

The Power of Istighfar

I would like to relate a story on this matter.

One day, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal was in his journey seeking for knowledge. He had to get shelter from a mosque. However, the guard(of the mosque) did not allow him to sleep there , in the event that he(the guard) actually did not know that  person was Imam Ahmad. So, Imam Ahmad went out and tried to sleep outside the mosque compund but still he was not allowed to do so.

At the same time, a man whose work was kneading bread (penguli roti) saw that and felt sympathy to Imam Ahmad and invited him to have rest at his workplace nearby. After showing Imam Ahmad's resting place, he continued his work of kneading doughs for bread.[ he did not know that the person was Imam Ahmad ].

Imam Ahmad b Hanbal did not sleep but rather was looking at the person who helped him with admiration since he was saying istighfar continously while kneading the dough. Then, he approached the man and asked ,

" Since when are you practising this?"
He replied, " Alhamdulilah sir.It has been a while "
" Do you get profit or good fortunes with this practice(of saying istighfar continously) ?"
" Yes! Every wishes were granted except for one "
" What was that ? "
" I always wish to meet  Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal but Allah has yet to grant that wish "

With amazement, Imam Ahmad said ,

" Ya akhi, I am Imam Ahmad b Hanbal ! Allah has brought me here to meet you ! "

The end :)

Moral of the Story

1. Istighfar is a very significant zikr

2. We should say lots of istighfar each day
3. In his busy day of working for life, Allah has granted his wishes

:)
let's istighfar :)

Memahami Takdir

Sunday, November 11, 2012

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..

Wallahua'lam.

Sharing

Assalamualaikum....guys,how are you doing??

Insya Allah,I will share something that benefited me from the lectures by Ust Ibrahim Nuh on last Friday.

But,I will just highlight few points  =)

-If Allah SWT protects you, then nothing else can harm you
-there can be no one that is more merciful other than Allah
-we should never lose hope in Him

Alright, when it is mentioned that we should never lose hope in al Khaliq,I feel so much pleased.Because, sometimes when we feel depressed or we have the kind of feeling how bad we are or we did too much sins, when we thought about this reminder,we'll feel coaxed but for sure,we shouldn't take it for granted. Also, when we it crossed our mind that " why Allah is not granting my du'a ? ", we must delete the thought and replaced it with a soothing answer that Allah loves to hear our voice making du'as to Him and He wants to hear more from us.It makes us feel good.Isn't it ?? So,ask Allah and never be bored to ask.

Then, the example from the Quran that proves the first point is the story of Moses.
-when Moses encountered the sorcerers,Allah the Almighty turn Moses' stick into a snake
- when he and his followers were chased by the Fir'aun and his people,Allah help them by splitting the seas into two

Lastly, let us ponder for a while in the truth of this aayah quoted from surah Al Baqarah, verse 216

" You may hate something that is actually good for you,
and you may love something that is actually bad for you "

Wassalam.

Hijab =)

Assalamualaikum.
Source : HEROES 23/03/12

Sheikh Khalid Yassin was asked by a non muslim sister on a very common question that lingered around most of the non muslims." Why women in Islam have to cover themselves ? Why should they wear hijab? "

And the sheikh did not give her any evidence from the Quran but rather answered her with a very beautiful answer. He said " Muslim women wear hijab because We protect our women more and better than the diamnonds and pearls ".It is answered bil hikmah. The non muslim women then took a decision to try wearing  hijab after that, just for a day.She wore niqob the full day. Then, after the day of trial ended, she concluded a thing. She said that she felt respected and everybody in the street seemed to lower their gaze. She told that she had a transaction at counter and it was attended by a man.And she said, surprisingly, the man did not stare at her ( as usual, maybe ) and treated her politely and lower his gaze. At last, she embraced Islam =)

So,dearest sisters...let's take this example as a reminder to us by how a non muslim women embraced Islam because of hijab =)
