Hello June & meet Public Gold hihi

Tuesday, June 23, 2020

Assalamualaikum. Alhamdulillah. Hello everyone. I'll be posting recipe for Chicken Wrap and Superb Brownies Cookies, MCO in a nutshell, online learning soon. Stay tuned. You dont want to miss them :)

Just stop here to pen something on my new journey -- Public Gold.

It's been fun one turning a year actively sharing and educating people on the importance of buying and saving gold.

There was this one video from the financial guru - Robert Kiyosaki on gold and his four-minutes video nailed it all! on why we all should save some gold. Ops, saving gold here doesnt refer to jewelleries okay.

Saving gold means buy the gold bars or dinar. Yup! Jewelleries are more for perhiasan and not for savings. One reason is its margins spread is quite high.

I am glad when i am able to transfer this message to people out there that gold is real money. Buy gold today. Ask me how. I'll be glad to help.

Oh ya, i have just finished editing my small ebook haha about my journey with Public Gold. If you too wanted to know @ you wanna me give more insights ;

Please reach me through Whatsapp +601129440532.

See you soon. Please pray for me to be more hardworking hihi

One tips for today; always recite Surah al Mulk before sleeeping. You may add Surah Al Waqi'ah and Surah as Sajadah too.

Wassalam.

Bismillah.

Im gonna spam all the cookies i made here just to ensure i can check them out  again much easier when i need it and so that i can just delete all those screenshots in the gallery.

This is by far the easiest kuih raya you could bake and i think the easiest in the whole wide world. If Anna Olson knows this, she will laugh by heart for this easy peasy lemon squeezy recipe.

Ada 2 resipi. Satu guna 10g tepung, satu lagi guna 250g. Saya akan kongsi yang guna 100g tepung.

Bahan-bahan:

100g tepung fluorentine
100g badam
50g kuaci
50g biji labu
10g bijan

Cara-cara:

1. Bakar kekacang (kecuali bijan) 160 degree selama 5 minit.

2. Gaul kacang yang dah dibakar dengan tepung.

3. Sudukan adunan dalam paper cup (pilih papercup yang ada plastik kat dalam -jenis licin tu; baru tak melekat)

4. Bakar 160 degree selama 15 minit.

5. Bila warna dah bertukar perang, dah siap!

Enjoy the pics!

cant resist!

just to remember the bakery shop i went

that golden brown colour :D

I made 2 batches of them and now im short of almond flakes. Need to restock before donning another batches.

That's all. Bye for now.

Choc Chip Cookies better version

Monday, May 25, 2020

Assalamualaikum everyone. Salam 2nd Syawal 1441H.

my current read that time

Im gonna share another cookies recipe which i liked better. Love the colour and the crunch. Anna Olson calls it the secret - using tepung jagung instead of tepung beras.

So, here's what you need

250g butter
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup tepung jagung
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups choc chip
1pc egg
6 tblsp cooking oil
1tsp baking powder
1tsp soda bikarbonat
Almond nibs 100 g

CARA-CARA:

1. Masukkan butter + brown sugar + esen vanilla + telur. Kacau rilek-rilek saja dan jangan guna mixer. Pakai spatula/sudu/sudip okei dah. Kacau untuk bagi bahan sebati je. Tak perlu tunggu gula larut. Bila dah sebati, berhenti kacau.

2. Lepas tu, masukkan tepung gandum + tepung jagung + soda + baking powder + minyak masak. Kacau lagi sampai sebati. Just nak bagi bahan sebati.

3. Bila semua dah sebati, boleh masukkan the favourite part - choc chip. Untuk elakkan choc chip cair, saya dah simpan dalam peti ais selama lebih sejam. Kalau takut lupa nak masukkan sebelum buat, masukkan siap-siap malam tu. Lama dalam peti takpe.

4. Kacau sampai choc chip sebati. Lepas tu boleh tambah almond nibs ikut suka banyak mana. Saya masukkan terus sepeket 100 gram sebab senang dah tak perlu ikat dan simpan lepas tu lupa letak kat mana kuang3.

5. Okei adunan dah siap. Boleh masukkan dalam peti ais selama sejam. Make sure adunan tu dah keras sikit sebelum buat. Boleh cover adunan dengan plastic wrap atau penutup untuk pastikan takde bau lain masuk ke dalam adunan kita yang umph ni.

6. Sapu tray dengan butter. Tak perlu letak baking paper. Cubit sikit dan susun atas tray. Just cubit dengan tangan atau kalau tak nak asyik ulang basuh tangan (sebab nak bukak oven bagai) guna la sudu macam saya.

7. Panaskan oven kejap suhu 160 api atas bawah. 5-10 minutes is fine i think.

8. Dah panas boleh masukkan tray. Bakar selama 20 minit, 160 degree. Ikut oven masing-masing.

*part yang paling saya tak pandai bila suruh adjust suhu ikut oven memasing haha. biasanya saya follow je resipi dan kalau nampak macam lambat sangat nak masak, baru naikkan suhu. macam resipi ni, it says 150, but i put it to 160 and the cookies turn out good. Yum!

what do u think? i love the colour

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Saturday, May 09, 2020

Assalamualaikum semua. Hari ni saya nak share resipi cookies Azlina Ina yang saya dah cuba buat.

250g butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 biji telur
3 cawan tepung gandum
1 sb tepung beras
1 sk baking powder
1 sk esen vanila
1/2 sk soda bikarbonat
1/2 cawan minyak masak
1 cawan choc chip
1 cawan almond nibs

Langkah-langkah:

1. Satukan butter + gula perang + esen , kacau sampai sebati.

2. Masukkan telur. Kacau rata.

3. Masukkan minyak masak. Kacau lagi.

4. Masukkan semua tepung dan anak-anaknya. Ayak dulu okei.

5. Adunan memang akan lembik sikit.

6. Masukkan choc chip + almond nibs. Kacau lagi.

7. Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk selama 10 minit.

8. Keluarkan adunan & sudukan ke atas loyang.

9. Bakar 160 degree selama 25 minit, api atas bawah.

10. Siap!

TIPS TAMBAHAN:

- simpan choc chip dalam peti sejuk semalaman agar choc chip tidak hancur semasa dalam adunan

-bakar kekacang selama 5 minit supaya tidak lemau bila ah masuk dalam adunan

Tu saja. Siap. Saya dapat 150 biji cookies, 4 kali bakar sebab oven saiz kecil sahaja. Sekali masuk cuma muat 2 tray.

FEEDBACK

Rasa okei, not bad cuma warna agak pucat. Mungkin sebab lupa nak naikkan suhu. Resipi ni guna suhu asal 160, lain kali buat mungkin kena guna 170 degree okei.

Alhamdulillah. Selamat mencuba!

Solat Tarawih stories

Saturday, May 02, 2020

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya Quote: “The keys to the life of the heart ...

Assalamualaikum.

Today is the 7th day of Ramadhan (at the time of writing) and i will share my Ramadhan stories here. I just wanna write as much i could during this PKP haha. Now it is the fourth phase of PKP and one major improvement is, 2 family members are allowed to go out buying for groceries etc instead of only 1 before.
Emm, lets start with Ramadhan in my alma mater, the place responsible in transforming me into who i am today.

During degree period, i stayed in Mahallah Asma - for 3.5 years. I went to class on foot and to me at that time, owning a vehicle (especially a car) was  a luxury. So yeah, since i have no motorbikes/car, most of the time i will pray solat tarawih at the surau mahallah @ multi purpose hall (MPH). Usually the mahallah will appoint an imam for the sisters’ mahallah. I rarely go for iftar at the mosque as well for some reasons.

During masters period, i stayed at Mahallah Halimah – for 1.5 years and alhamdulillah, at that time, i have a motorbike. Yeay! Easier to commute because this mahallah is quite far from centre. And i chose to go for tarawih at Surau Mahallah Ruqayyah. Ruqayyah is the mahallah mostly for international students including brothers. You wouldnt see local brothers here. So, some of the international brothers pray here – and i loved it because the imam’s voice was so lovable.

Staying at Baitul Solehah (BS), i had three times of Ramadhan there, 2017-2019. Every year, my housemates and i will pray sunat tarawih at Masjid as Syarif Simpang 3, just nearby our house.

One thing i loved going to the mosque during Ramadhan due to the imams’ beautiful recitations. You dont mind the rakaah because you are enjoying it and sometimes understanding the meaning makes it feel much better.

Ramadhan is also the month we want to double our Quran recitation especially during this PKP, i stressed on myself to khatam because i am fully staying at home. The years before, if i dont make it for khatam, usually there’ll be only few juzuk left – majority due to the days during menses. My practice is i will recite a juzuk per day and will increase it to back up the days when i couldnt fast.

Bye for now,
