Hi.
During the winter break of Formula 1, i watched this documentary of Ayrton Senna, a Brazilian F1 racing driver. He won three World Drivers Championships (WDC) - setting 65 poles and 41 GP wins.
I knew he was the one who LH looked up to, but only when i watched the docu - i learnt that he died during a race - an accident in San Marino Grand Prix 1994.
He was only 34 back then, and before the race he actually was undecided to race or not to race for the GP due to the weather condition i think at that time which caused another driver's incident just before that. He was fighting for the racing safety as well.
He actually died on the scene which was a grave incident for the motor racing.
Halo - the invention introduced in 2018 greatly proven to save many lifes of the drivers although it received lots of negative feedback in the initial stages.
Amongst the incident that could be fatal to driver was the Romain Grosjean whom now referred as the man who walked out of the fire - he eventually decided to retire after that.
The docu also covered the tension between Senna and Prost during those period of times.
Loved the docu. Need more of this kind of documentary. A great watch!
