This gonna be a raya photo dump. After two years of raya in pandemic, everyone is looking forward for the raya i guess; especially when 1st Syawal came a day earlier than the supposed date. 

First batch of photos - at home, raya morning.

Okay, so i'm home. 

Congo bar recipe for 3 pax

150 g butter 

200 g brown sugar 

320 g self raising flour (ayak)

3 eggs 

1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence 

Choc chip 

Badam 

*2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik sekiranya guna tepung gandum 

1. Pukul gula + butter sehingga sebati. 

2. Masukkan telur sebiji, kacau. Masukkan yang kedua dan ulang. Pukul sampai sebati. 

3. Masukkan esen vanilla. 

4. Masukkan tepung yang sudah diayak. 

5. Tambah choc chip dan badam. 

6. Bakar dalam oven atau air fryer suhu 150-160 degree celcius selama 45 minit. 

Since i am no fan of nuts (but nuts is scientifically good for brain), i liked the version with choc chips only, but with less choc chip haha
