Bismillah. 

It's my birthday. Alhamdulillah. A blessed 31 years of life. Thank you Allah. 

I'm in the midst of marking right now, so gonna dropped some photos and write some more later okay. 

In the morning, went campaigning for N16. Finished in the afternoon, had lunch at Cikpah's house. I was supposed to have Maths tuition at 12 but Aniq was unwell. 

It rained quite heavily and i went to Zus to have my birthday coffee, kinda. Ordered the same Caramel Macchiato, less sugar, less iced but this time i added extra shot. Stayed there for an hour whilst flipping through the paper i bought earlier. 

Evening - went to walkabout at pasar malam with the rest. Had good time buying food there since the last time i went to a pasar was at Bazar Ramadhan. Bought my all time fav - rangka ayam. 

Night - watched Belgium Grand Prix. LH started at P3 but finished the race at P4. Max came sailing by as he guessed and secured the win huh. It was nerve wrecking as usual, i was so nervous the whole race haha 

The interest nonetheless ceased for sometime when i went to boarding school and university - due to time constraint etc, now i got to pursue the hobby and what's nice was the driver who i first liked is still driving :D

Do not be sad over things you do not have, look out for things you are already in possession of and be grateful. 

(i dont know why, i am fine, living my life day in day out when some people are so disturbing saying things like why i am still single & (me wrote a poem already on that haha).. im like, you know what, it is a rezeki from Allah -  marriage is the longest form of ibadah and im not getting married for the sake of pleasing ppl @ for me to say, yeah im a married woman; inshaAllah when the right one comes by, you'll hear from me (and in the mean time, if you cant stand me in my singleness, pls just go away :p) and one more, whenever i say something sad or hopeful, ppl will be like oh, she must be sad for being single, ugh...)

Last weekend, i went to Melaka, accompanying a friend for her program at The Pines Hotel. 

DAY 1 

I parked my car at her house and we carpooled there, started the journey at 4pm; a bit later than planned because i lost my way to her house haha my bad

We arrived at the surau we supposed to have a liqa' around 8 pm and ate dinner. We could checked in first but to save time - went straight to the surau.

The Pines was 15 minutes away from the surau and we headed there, and stopped somewhere to buy drinks.

Arrived at the room, it's spacious enough, had supper with nescafe ais and tauhu begedil. 

DAY 2

Since im not involved in the program, i stayed in the room until it's time to check out and had brunch.

next, we went to this museum -  spent an hour plus there and at 4ish, we started the journey home  

and so far i could remember, never been in this part before when i brought the kids (school trips) - usually we went straight to discover the other parts - a famosa and climbing up the stairs

been here many times already before and i just sat there in front of the museum entrance looking at the remains of a famosa
